I wanted to know where I could find a sample letter for "NOTICE OF LEGAL ACTION" for services to be rendered. I find lots of account payment due, but looking for services to be rendered.
Much thank yousIf you intend to sue someone, you don't need notice. If you are trying to send someone a bill for services to be rendered, go ahead and send the bill. I have no idea of what you are trying to accomplish and I suspect that you similarly have no idea.You can start by going to your local law library and looking for the American Jurisprudence 2d Forms Book. BUT, never ever ever just "fill in the blanks" on one of those. If you do, you'll be screwing yourself. #If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
