okay so im about to get my first tat..but i cant decide where to put it
my two choices are a stars going in a circle around my bellybutton
or
four big stars and ten Little stars going from my ribcage to my stomach
i want it in a place where i can show it off if i want to...
OH does anybody no where i can find pics of star tats 20 years ago, I wore my hair in a perm. Looking at pictures, I can't figure out why I had that hair style. I don't like it now. At least it wasn't permanent. I'm glad that I didn't do tattoos, because I can't imagine what I would have had that I'm sure I'd like today.
Do they make temporary tattoos? That would be my advice, if so.
Good luck!Although stars are a little cliche, no one else should choose your tattoo for you. If you like it, or it has special meaning to you, I'd say go for it. Just make sure to think about how you're going to like it a few years down the road. The best advice I can give is don't take someones copy of someone's design, change something about it or make your own. Or you can go into a parlor and have them help you with it.
www.deviantart.com is a good place to look at tattoo's and designs. To find the tattoo section, go to the categories and look under "Traditional Art", then click on "Body Art," then "Tattoos."

Search that website, its very good. If you get it on your stomach it will be ruined if you get pregnant or get fat.
I'd go for the ribs.I vote for going up your side on your ribcage and stomach. Here's some good star tattoos for you to look at:
http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&q=...the belly button one that would look really nice!!!!!well i can tell you that you have picked sensitive areas for a first tat. the ribs especially. But if you want it then by all means don't change your mind, a tattoo is earned, the discomfort is a part of that. As for designs, get ideas online and then talk to different artists and find the one thats right for you. ask lots of questions and look at lots of examples of the work they have done. When you find the right artist give them your ideas, and have them draw something custom for you. Offer to leave a small deposit for the drawing, tattooists don't like to spend their time drawing for someone that's never coming back. If you leave a deposit and you don't like what they draw, you can always tell them you don't like it and ask them to try something different, a real artist won't mind. Just be specific about what you do and do not like about what they have drawn so they can get it right for you, they aren't mind readers. And most importantly, when you find the perfect artist and the perfect tattoo, don't forget to tip. We make less than you think, those tips help us feed our families. I'm personally not a big fan of the tattoos around the belly button, I think that they are tacky.
I like the idea of the stars down your side. I had thoughts of that but instead I'm going to get flowers.
A good place to look for ideas is either google, and search images, or www.tattoojohnny.commake sure you have a good reason for getting this tattoo. Most people who get tattoo's regret it because they haven't thought it through. Are you sure this is what you want?belly buttoon!!!!!!!!!!!11Why would you want either of those? You know this is permanent#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
